Artist Statement

I moved to the Coromandel eight years ago. We left Waiwera to come down and enjoy living in this beautiful and diverse part of our country and in doing so have developed our art further.
I paint in oil as it gives me the freedom to enhance the colour and vibrancy that medium gives my work in both land and seascapes.
I joined the Source co-operative not long after I arrived and have been a full member for the last three years.
